No. 
Soul Touch Activation is not a traditional massage. While it involves gentle, intuitive touch, breath guidance, and energy healing, it does not include deep pressure or full-body muscle manipulation. Most clients remain clothed and still feel as though they've had a full-body reset

Do I need to undress for this session?
No. 
You may remain fully clothed in loose, comfortable clothing. For those who prefer more access to the upper body, you may choose to remove your shirt while remaining professionally draped throughout the session.

What should I expect to feel during a session?
                          Shifts in my breathing....
 • Subtle rocking or spontaneous movement
 • Shifts in breath tingling, warmth, or emotional release
 • Deep relaxation, energetic release, or even spiritual insight
 Each session is different and guided intuitively.

How long are sessions, and how many should I book?
Sessions are 60 minutes. While one session can bring clarity and release, deeper transformation happens over time. That’s why I offer 3- or 6-session packages for clients ready to commit to their healing journey.
